This pregnancy yoga class will give you the skills and knowledge to prepare for labour and birth. Using breath practices, relaxation techniques and movement, not only to find strength and space in the changing body during pregnancy, but to empower your natural need to move during labour to stay connected to the natural intelligence of your body.
Post Natal Yoga
In your own home, a Post Natal Yoga posture One to One Session, to re-align the spine and pelvis and strengthen the core. Including pelvic floor exercises and breathing techniques to help you through this transitional time to become a calm and confident mummy. Suitable after your six week check.
Mindful Flow Yoga
Mindful Flow Yoga practice synchronises movement and action with the breath (Vinyasa). A moving meditation that focuses on muscle action to express the natural intelligence of the body. This wonderful practice accumulates energy that nourishes the body and clarifies the mind. At the same time it focuses attention deeply on what is actually happening and in doing so initiates and stabilises the meditative mind.

Amy Lucia decided to wake me up at 0315 this morning, got to 9cms with tens machine and breathing. Admitted straight to delivery suite at 0645. Stayed well away from the bed and laboured on my feet. Got on the gas and air and hey presto, she was born at 0810 weighing in at 7lb 1oz! Can’t believe it. Thank you so much for all your help and advice along the way.
